The app is all right and easy to navigate although it has some bugs to work on. Like I used it to pay for a service, it debited me but on the receipt it read as ongoing so later I went to get the details of said transaction and the whole screen just went blank. It did this every single time I closed and reopened the app. And it also didn't send any email of confirmation so I basically could not get a refund because of this bug. Just one of the things that needs working on.
The Quickteller App is absolutely spot on in my humble opinion. I've always used it for Bills Payment and it has never disappointed. Maybe some failed transactions once in a while but I believe they have made massive improvements to reduce or curb these few glitches. I don't know about funds transfer because I have never tried it.
The application works, but they are also very lackadaisical about transaction issues. Although failed transactions are bound to happen but when they do, interswitch does not refund your money. Filing a complaint or making a call might as well be useless cause their customer service team doesn't bother trying to resolve the issue, they just waste your time and push to close the ticket whether or not they resolve the issue.
