The new application is horrible!!! Those 4 big yellow buttons, no reason to be there, you can touch them by mistake. Everything inside this app is a mess. Why transactions just for 30 days? I can't find my transaction at all. On the old one, everything was clear and easy to use!!! Yes it's true, I can't find my transactions on flexideposit on my phone and on your stupid new web site! Both are horribile!
everything about raifaissen online sucks, the app, the programming behind it, so confusing and not responsive it's a waste of time using it, plus the app and its "smart token" not as smart don't respond to each other so you can do the transaction you need, while you still payimg the fees, Try other banks, this is terrible
1. Please fix the account balance. When the app loads, the account balance is wrong. It is a cached account balance from a previous session. I have to refresh manually to see the correct account balance. 2. Please make the Financial Notifications faster. It takes a minute to receive notifications about transactions. 3. Please include Transaction Authorization. Why have a separate Smart Token app? 4. Thank you for adding dark theme support 👍🏻
