Clearly made by people who haven't had to use it.I nearly gave up after four times, using the awful calendar selector, retaking photos, memorising my driving license number, only to be asked to login and start again, and then be taken to a blank page to pay. Did it on the computer in the end - which was a pain getting a photo on - and then couldn't add the railcard for a while, just got a generic 'oops' error. Eventually fixed it by updating (no prompt). Only marginally preferable to paying more
Dreadful. I've had problems with this app before, and (no surprise) I've now encountered the latest. My 3-year Railcard (cost £70) has mysteriously disappeared from my phone. Unable to reload it and apparently there is a 'technical issue' that Customer Services cannot resolve at the moment. So what happens if you need to make a journey then?? When will it be sorted?? Err...no idea. The app developers/support team need to get their act together. Fat chance.
Updated app is not working. Utter garbage. Lost my data in the downgrade, including password so can't login. Reset the password button is not working. The website is also broken. The designers of this are completely incompetent. It is hard to see why it needs to be so complicated anyway. It only needs to do one simple job, but it needs to be reliable, which it isn't. Surely a pdf with a photo and an expiry date would do.
