It's so easy to generate lists but then it's so God damn dreadfully difficult to generate a randomised output. That is like THE MAIN FEATURE and it's buried behind like 4 unmarked buttons that I can't even remember how to get to every time I want a new gen. Fix thst usability pls, I'm suffering.
Would be 5 stars if you could have multiple sub categories, each with items inside and have the generator return one item out of each sub category all in one step...i.e.. if my master list is "outfit" and my sub categories are "shirts", "trousers" , "shoes" ...then I have all my items of clothing under each category....then , ideally, I would just hit the randomise button on the master catagory with the sub categories selected and it would spit out one item from each sub category.
I love the idea of this app. I've been desperate for a list picker that lets me pick from multiple lists at once, like shuffling a booster pack into a deck. I wish I could import a list from a .txt or similar, since I find adding things to lists really time-consuming and not very intuitive. I also wish there was a bit more explanation of how things work in the app. I figured everything out purely by trial and error, so I hope I'm not missing something useful.
