I installed this app as part of a paid online survey panel. For the first week, no problems. This morning, however, it turned my app lean Samsung S9 into a brick. It slowed everything down. I was not able to connect to the Internet at all. Both WiFi and 4G were inaccessible. I have had to wait 40minutes for device to respond. Now uninstalled. Its not worth the inconvenience.
**THIS IS A SCAM** I can't receive the cash voucher after completing 11 surverys, don't work for them and you will receive nothing. This app is insane, it drains the battery and netword data. I can't even go online or use whatsapp properly. Also, it still affects the phone even if you switch it off. It really doesn't not worth the reward, leave it.
I'm on my second reality mine study now and so far both have been great. The app runs in the background and has no effect on my phone's performance. I get my monthly payments through ipsos without any issue. For anyone looking to download this: it only works if you've been invited into the study, and you have to allow full access permission. It is a voluntary tracking app, you're being paid to allow them to track your activity. If you don't allow tracking, don't expect to get paid.
