It's not a pure red light simply bcz there's a good amount of white light in the graphics. Then you have the Ad section which is also source of white light. If these didn't hurt your eye enough, there are white pop-up ads taking the whole screen. Now when we talk about white light, we're talking about good amount of blue in it which has the shortest wavelength and causes damage to your eye.So...Don't use this app for any sort of red light treatments for your eye. There's a better app by Apporilla
Graphic contains many white elements so actual lite is a bit whiter than pure red. Plus the add at the bottom of the screen is white too. Uninstalled in favor of a more complete red screen app.
Very bright light. Phone doesn't seem to go to sleep after the normal time-out period- app stays open. 🙂
