Why the heck do I have to sign in every frickin time with name and password? This borders on stupid. I leave the app, open again some hours later and have to sign in again! No option to remember password info. This thing sucks. Why the need for password anyway, it just reflects data on my system, so why the obtuse security inclusion? Ridiculous to the max.
New Redback customer, not impressed at all with these apps. This is a critical part of the whole system - and if they can't do better, I'm very disappointed. And why 2 different Apps? Just doesn't make sense.
Doesn't work really disappointed as I hoped to keep track on power 😔
