Extremely useful, but I wish I could add directories from external storage like the desktop version can. I also don't like how in backup folders everything is displayed as a large list of files instead of folders like normal, & I can't choose to remove a whole folder from my device & have to individually remove each file, it also makes it difficult to download those files back to my device since I can't just find them in their folder & have to scroll through that giant list.
Love it, have way more control over my data than with Google Drive, and it's not stored in anyone else's servers. Seems quicker to sync than Google, too. Literally the only thing I don't like about it is I bought the family edition and they still interrupt me to rate it. No, either it's free and I'll give you some word of mouth advertising, or I pay for it, and that is what you get out of me. Otherwise it would warrant five stars.
Used it as a simple way to move files from Essential Ph-1 Android phone to my Windows 10 (64) desktop. Installed home version on desktop & designated a "shared" folder. Installed the free version on phone. Used different user names on devices. Connected phone by photo of QR code to see the other device's shared folder. It was that simple! Then Sync became useless. Rescanning the QR seemed to work but after that nothing worked. Not even the supplied bread crumbs prompts. Sync would simply not sync or move anything - all for a paltry $50!
