App doesn't properly convert to cartoon as advertised. Majority of the photos it changed physical features, race, male to female and vice-versa. Tested with 10 photos and only 1 was acceptable. Google AI does a better job and doesn't change features of the person. App forces you to purchase a subscription to properly test.
It's alright for photos but videos are never retrievable unless you pay for the pro max. Otherwise the app forces you to wait over 20 minutes for a 10 second video to process and when you click to view it, the app just forgets it even exists. I WOULD pay for the video editing if these greedy devs let me use the free version to see how it looks.
I love this app, but I keep having problems when they charge me for the pro subscription. I tried to charge it to my google play credit, but somehow it charged my card instead. TWICE. Once for the pro version, and immediately again for the max version, which I didn't even want. I want a refund!! YOU CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!
