In-app ux flow need some work. However, the customer service team (ReyCare) is the savior! They're not the most responsive, but they really understood my problem & direct me accurately and clearly. Also grateful that they're not the type to hurriedly close/conclude a chat, they only close the chat when I'm 100% done with my needs (it took >12 hours for my needs to conclude: from me asking about requesting inpatient until they reimbursed me)
bad ux flow. there is an option in menu for "rawat jalan", the button "ajukan rawat jalan" even looks very primary for user to click and use, but you cant ajukan before doing the telekonsul. so what is the main point of "ajukan rawat jalan"? what is this flow for? why user can ajukan when u technically cant do that no matter what is the reason? just to chat with your slow response customer service to tell us we should do telekonsul and end the session?
Really good service, I like overall service they give
