I've done a few hundred deliveries through Roadie, but I'm about to be done. The app is so unstable, to the point where I can't even get it to open half the time now. It just loads and loads and loads, showing me nothing, with the loading circle spinning non-stop. Maybe half the time I can get it to load by force stopping and re-opening, but other times, I have to clear the cache or even uninstall. FIX THIS! I'd call support, but they don't even exist 🤷♀️
Very cool app for Florida. You have to bid on orders. The first order is the hardest to get. Because you have to compete with other drivers that are closer to you or have better stats. But as soon as you complete your first order, they start giving you more and more orders back to back to accept. There are bubbles on your screen. Click on the bubble it shows you how long the order is, how much it pays, and if there are tips. Very consistent app. Good amount of orders.
After 3 years this app is now so unbearable. If you have any problems during your delivery you have to stop what you are doing and text with support because they will no longer think and complete a delivery without speaking to you in the chat. Yet they continue to text me while I'm driving!! Completely unsafe. And they have less gigs than ever.
