Very simple to use. The curve arrows on the bottom left and right sides rotate the image either way, the 2 arrows at the bottom in the middle can mirror the image, the camera icon and the top left is taking a live picture with your camera, the folder icon in the top middle open your saved files, and the top right has an icon with an arrow pointing down towards a line, that saves it to a folder in your phone, that tells you on the screen near the bottom. Great little app. UI is very uncluttered and straightforward. I used this a lot to reorient photos for Craigslist and Offerup postings. So it has actually helped me make money selling stuff. Recommended.
It appears to do nothing. I opened the app, when I browse for the 1 file I want to rotate, I'm prompted to launch another installed app, and if i HAD 1 that would rotate, I wouldn't have looked for this.
