Great bank, great app. I could live without the colour scheme, but things here are all somewhere that makes sense, there are no tedious animations on start up, and it all just damn well works. Hard to believe that R.B.S. are in any way connected to NatWest, who in my opinion, have the single worst app that I have ever used, on any platform, ever. Even when something small does go wrong, it is WAY easier to get through to an actual human at R.B.S., and that human will even be helpful (unlike NW)
The app itself is great however the latest update has ruined the transfer cash feature. The number of hoops you now have to jump through is a nightmare and very user unfriendly. Before it was very simple and basically 2 touches and it was done. This need to be rectified. Some things are just better left untouched.
Moving money between accounts is horrible in the latest update. There's a couple of extra steps that have to be done to achieve it now. I can see how you've tried to make everything under one payments menu but the end result is nowhere near as user friendly. Otherwise though, the app remains very good.
