The app itself is not bad, apart from draining your battery. The experience was very bad. The app didnt have tutorial on how to start the bike (push 2 times then press on gas) so I struggled for 1-2 minutes to ride it. When the ride finished, struggled to park it as well since it cant even detect the parking place so I have to took a photo. Overall its more expensive than taking a taxi. And its not very safe if you riding too fast. A bike would be safer.
New update made it unclear how to turn off insurance. And its annoying to make sure its turned off every time. The park is full of defective scooters, you'll face some problems on every third scooter.
The app takes 2-3 minutes to load every time you open it. Then shows the map of the whole world and freezes for another 1-2 minutes. Then, when you want to finish a ride, you open the app back, and it freezes again. This is super annoying, the worst ux I've ever had. Google Pixel 2 XL, android 11.
