The following permissions are required for the app service. For optional permissions, the default functionality of the service is turned on, but not allowed.

- Calendar : Add and check the schedule
- Notification : Notify you of events
[Optional permissions]
- Contacts : Invite attendees to the schedule or show the contact's birthday
- Location : Save location information in the schedule
- Photos and videos : Attach file to schedule
If your system software version is lower than Android 6.0, please update the software to configure App permissions.
Previously allowed permissions can be reset on Apps menu in device settings after software update.

Love this app, has the best functionality for integrating all calendars (person, work, other - multiple platforms) on the phone. NOTE TO ALL, if you have CALENDAR SYNC ISSUES, it's not the app. It's the phone revoking permissions of the app!!!! Try creating a calendar event from the calendars' mail app. That will prompt the phone to enable the permissions for the calendar sync to start working again. Hope you find this helpful, it saved me from having to use another app.
I've been using this calendar for years. It has almost everything I'm looking for in a digital android calender. Love how I can write entries with my stylus. That is such a big plus for me. I took a star off because the handwriting option is only enabled on the monthly view. I would like to have the ability to write in all views, especially the daily view. I'll update to 5 stars when that's updated!
I still love this app. It has been my favorite calendar app since 2009. My only problem occurred recently when I switched phones & my Samsung Calendar entries didn't all transfer to the new phone. I've synced several times to no avail. Many of my calendar events have been compromised. Secondly, I can't see "past" calendar events on the new phone, but they are on the old one. Please fix it. Both phones are Samsung (most recent is S23 Ultra). Will update back to 5 Stars, once fixed. Thanks
