Great app. But when there is a replacement bus service can you make it bolder and say "warning: replacement bus" or similar. Its harder to see the "bus" comment walking up to darker rural stations. The bus doesnt always leave directly from the station. I nearly missed my last possible train and then follow-on bus. But otherwise a great app to use. Thanks
Can't buy tickets! The first time I downloaded this app I tried to buy tickets, debit card, credit card, Google pay, but nothing worked. Tried again today, uninstalled, reinstalled, debit card, credit card and Google pay. Nothing works. Pointless app! App is as good as their service!
Displays times and dates on different screens, making it easy to make a booking mistakes. No confirmation of the the date and time at purchase. If you make a mistake, and you require a refund (even if immediately after purchase), that'll be £10.
