I love the price and the selection is good, however most books I've been wanting to read/listen to lately are "available soon." Still better than audible in the value sense, however lately I've had problems with the app crashing randomly in the middle of listening to my audiobook. I just started a book 15 min ago and it's already stopped playing 3 times. Each time I have to go get my phone and open the app back up.
Edit: The app has crashed several times today and yesterday. Each time, the screen was off and I have to reopen the app to start listening again. I primarily use this app for audiobooks. I still can't connect to wireless speakers, but that's fine. This is the best app for my audiobook needs! Huge variety of books across multiple genres. I wish it was easier to find more romance books with a POC as the main character. They don't have a great selection for my taste.
This app shows a great selection UNTIL you start using it. Shows all books available in a series, or by a certain author, and once you've started listening to these books, suddenly the rest of the series shows "available soon". "Coincidentally" the available date is right after your next month's renewal. This is not just annoying, but a clear tactic to keep subscribers by stringing them along. It's not truly unlimited when they take away what you obviously want to listen to.
