Running on Android 13. This app does not work. The data shredder says it successfully shredded files on my SD card, but after running it twice, the files are clearly visible and accessible on my phone. App gives dangerous false positives. Also, the app keeps freezing when trying to select options. Don't waste your time with this app.
Judging from my experience of using this app after wiping, it stated that my internal memory is full, asking me to delete files to gain more space. As such I clicked on the internal and found that I had a folder of 15gb. Whether virus or not as someone accuses the developer, I just deleted it and more. My phone now started switching on and off, rebooting repeatedly. I used antivirus, systems repairs apps repeatedly to manage the situation. Its repair is highly aggressive and dangerous please.
This is an Android 11 phone. I noticed that it did not have an initial setup to set the shredder up to the phone. I tried to wipe free space and it did not budge past 0.
