The app doesn't present all it's features very well, but after getting the hang of it I'm really enjoying it. Some suggestions. The duel feature should be more robust. It's a nice feature of you have someone also using the app, but could be a lot better. Custom exercises in custom workouts. No animation work necessary. The premade workouts, though there are a lot and I will use them occasionally, are pretty bad at covering the different strength levels of an individuals body.
I'm really enjoying this app and the gamification is really great. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I would like to be able to reorder the exercises in a set. Right now, it's very difficult to go from sitting to standing so I'd prefer to be able to do all the floor exercises at once and the standing exercises together. I suppose all that up and down adds to the benefits of the workout though. And I can create my own workout so there are options. All in all, this is a great app!
I wish these apps would tell you how much they cost without having to download them. This one costs $7 a month or $40 a year at the time I'm writing this review. A lot of exercising apps let you try a free trial before committing to a subscription, this is one of those apps where you have to put in your card info and set up a subscription before you can enjoy the trial and remember to cancel the subscription before the start day if you don't want it.
