The app used to be pretty good, far from perfect, but good. Now this app runs so slowly and stalls constantly to the point that it is completely unusable. It keeps getting worse as far as how slowly it runs and has passed the point where there is no way that I can do anything with it. I contacted support nearly a month ago without a single response.
Edit. The app just keeps getting worse. It never keeps me logged in and half the time I'll use instacart to avoid this POS. it's a little clunky at times. there's no tracking the driver so if they don't communicate properly you can't be exactly sure when they'll arrive. hasn't been much of a problem. all in all, it's a decent service and a decent app. More nutritional information from vendors would be nice.
While this app is incredibly convenient, in my experience, over 50% of the time my shopper gets something wrong. Missing item, wrong item, etc. Errors in your order are very common. Also, after using the app for nearly two years I can count on my hand how many times I made an order and something wasn't out of stock. You'd think that the listing on the app/website would accurately correspond to what is actually available in the store, but that's not the case.
