Poor implementation. Poor customisation such a notification type or sound. Often no notification notice on the app when a message comes in and no notification whatsoever on a desktop computer. Lost more customers since enabling it than I have gained. Left the above review in 2021. Fast forward to 2023 and it is worse than ever. Now it is not possible to search for products from within the app to provide those links to customers. Shopify customer support is useless.
Garbage app. It glitches and lags CONSTANTLY. No matter what I do. I'm on a newer device as well and it is just awful. Messages don't load, they'll randomly disappear but still be there. Needs updating desperately!
Glitching out, lagging constantly, can't scroll, can't text customers, can't answer customers, can't do anything or move within the app whatsoever. This was a major issue last year and earlier this year, which was resolved but has now returned again. A multi-billion-dollar company can't seem to release a working app, now isn't that strange? Canceling my subscription with Shopify and moving to WooCommerce; I'm done with these guys.
