The Shure hardware is great, but this app is absolutely frustrating when used with multiple sets of hardware. Simple commands that should be right on the launch screen (like tones, responses, etc,) aren't, and trying to find them is impossible for the alternate pair. The help section is anything but. Fire the entire product management division and start over.
Feature request: I noticed in the past months of using my Aonic TW2 that the left headphone runs out of battery way faster than the right headphone. When L - 10% the R - 40%, which is a huge difference. So please set the default connected headphone the one with most battery life left - on the go while playing. Or let me manually chose between the two at anytime. At the moment I have tu turn both on, check battery life, the turn off / on the one with least battery... Quite annoying...
The app has potential but requiring locally-stored music files on the phone in order to experience the EQ is incredibly dated in the era of streaming and essentially renders the EQ feature useless for someone who relies on Spotify or Apple Music. The button/action customization is nice though.
