There have been issues for many months. Often images don't send because they take time to upload. But the app does not continue to attempt. So one ends up with messages with unsent images. The only way to figure this out is to see the red mark next to the unsent photo and manually click RETRY. And, even worse, images that were not sent appear to have been sent. It makes me look unprofessional. I reported the issue in October, but it hasn't been fixed. So I do not recommend Sideline.
I used to like this app for years it work just as it should have. It was great to have a personal number along with my business number on my cell., And the price point was right on for a starting bus. However lately it has gone really not been great in the last 6 months. Calls come don't come through. It just automatically says "missed call" when it didn't even ring. And the calls that do drop more than not.

There are service outages at least every 2 days. Pics rarely send, even on wifi. No calls come through. It just automatically says "missed call" when it didn't even ring. It's just really gone downhill. 😞 really disappointed.
