I have been using this app for quite some time.There are multiple apps that provide the similar features that I regularly use still I come back to the simpl. I was trying to track a transaction using the custom date filter transaction feature and to be frank it is not so great.After setting the date user has to scroll down and click on Apply. Filtering it by Merchants and transaction types is just a good to have but not necessary. Please don't make things complex. Let the simpl App be simple 🙂.
The New home screen is looking neat and good but it has too much white elements. Add some colors. Apply the the neat UI everywhere throughout the application for consistency. Dark mode is also needed. The experience with the simpl is very good and I appreciate you for that. From payment experience to everything, it's smooth. But the UI needs an overhaul. It's time you should introduce 30 Day Billing period for your regular users.
These guys mess up their repayment and transaction. I found a difference when I calculated. I'm not going to use the app moving further. Guys, be careful, they mention as 0% charges but, end up adding more to your transactions and scam you. Very unreliable application, they're not good with their accounts. Please make sure to calculate everytime before you make a repayment. My issue is still not resolved, the team doesn't even care to call me back. Poor customer service
