Had to remove a star because it is no longer possible to download meditations for offline use: it says to change the app permissions, but there is no discernible way to do so. It worked before, now it doesn't. That's on you. Otherwise, this strikes me as better than Headspace and Calm. You do have to restart the app a lot, there are some endless-loading issues, and it is very gynocentric. Otherwise, a wide variely of teachers and meditations, very good. I use this app every day.
Excellent app with high quality meditations. I love the focus on shorter practices (makes it easier to incorporate every day) with options for longer meditations. There's a wide choice of instructors, themes, lengths, and styles. Despite the vast variety, it does not feel overwhelming like some other apps. Very simple to use and stick with! The name fits.
Your meditations are great! But if I choose to use the background noise (rain, waves, etc.), it skips about every 10 seconds, and then ends up skipping through the entire meditation. Straight to the end. And also...maybe it's nor Samsung friendly but it has to be force stopped and re-launched EVERY DAY because it won't let me save or listen to meditations. I LOVE YOU BUT PLEASE FIX!
