Converted from a long-time competitor, and loved it from the start. Tried the sync option to allow my wife and I both to enter data, and lost literally about 8 years of data for multiple vehicles. Possibly user error on my part, but sent multiple messages asking for assistance and never received a single response. So my rating is not specific the the app, but to the support.
The app has changed and is almost unusable for data entry. I've used the app on 8 cars for about 10 years with great success until it stopped clearing the last data on new entries. The app immediately updates the math for each single entry with the old data and defauls back to the old data. It is almost impossible to complete a new entry.
Dropping from 5 to 2 stars. I have multiple cars and drivers. The Cloud sync is not working. I recently upgraded my phone and my new phone is missing 2 years of data for 3 of 4 vehicles. I contacted support twice with no response. I like to tool, but losing data is the one thing an app can't do. Very disappointed.
