Super bad experience. I created a whole profile before being able to see the available sitters in our area (fine, but could be better, to get a quick idea if there are any), after selecting a few and trying to message one of them, I get told FOR THE FIRST TIME that I need to have a paid subscription in order to use the app. I mean, it's ok to have a paid model, but make it clear, so I don't need to spend 20 minutes setting it up to find out.
I have subscribed for 1 month only. They deducted money in my account without any notice to renew the membership for the next month. At least give a notice to users whether they want to renew their membership or not. In fact, these apps do not help me to find a babysitter, they just waste money.
As a babysitter I don't recommend this app either for parents or nannies. Babysitters have to pay a fee to use the app, the only platform that does this. Parents also have to pay a fee much higher than other services. Unlike at agencies, this fee does not go into anything. Babysitters are not screened or interviewed, the ones that pay more appear on the top. The app is not the most user friendly either, and it is only used to make contact rather than make bookings. For them money>safety.
