Needs updating! The maps and calendars are out of date. The map and calendar for Hurricane Harbor are from 2018! Wait times for rides is never even close to accurate. Adding Safari information would help. Menus should be available to view without having to start an order. How are discounts and points used? Overall it's a bit clunky and not very intuitive. Better than nothing though. 🤷♀️ I do, however, like that our cards can all be stored in one place.
The map is handy, as well as the pass consolidation, but the food service is terrible. " Skip the queue. Order on the app" so I do. I'm waiting until it's ready and then I'm told to go to the window. No pick up window so I have to line up and when I get to the front, they haven't even prepared the food and I have to wait. It actually was slower with the app. Avoid ordering on it.
I downloaded the app to load my passes virtually. Out of 6 passes I was only able to load 3. The rest I got an error for and cant add them automatically or manually. Why? So annoying. Used the live chat feature which was slow to no avail. The representative was not able to fix the problem and advised me to visit Guest Relations in the park. I hate when people invent these apps and it doesn't work right and there's no one that can help you. Whats the point
