I found this app was beneficial as to how I approached my insomnia. Particularly important was the transparency about there being no quick fix i.e. they are not saying if you do A this will mean u will fall asleep instantly. A number of ideas are suggested and you practice these in day time and night and work out what works for you. Its about embracing your insomnia and sort of adjusting how you work with it
Useless unless your insomnia is racing thoughts and a racing heart. Mine is pain and this boring app does nothing for my case. They have decided all insomnia is their type and it is useless for anything but that. Also it is very boring and repetitive.
Just finished the Overcoming Insomnia course. I'm not yet 100% satisfied with my sleep but comparing to where I was a month ago my sleep has improved tremendously. This course in nothing short of revolutionary and I recommend it to anyone suffering from any kind of sleep issues. The only complaint I have about the app is that the Favorite feature does not work for me. I don't know whether that's my phone or operating system or what... But every time I tried to favorite a page the app crashed.
