The app originally worked just fine. I was very pleased with the tracking, all the features, and the results I was seeing. However, I had the tracker off/stored for about a month while I moved from one home to another. After setting it up in the new place, the tracker stopped recording my sleep automatically. I now have to go in after the fact, try to figure out when I went to bed and woke up, and then input those values manually. Not sure where the disconnect is.
Accurate and I like it. My favorite was that it could wake you at an appropriate time in your cycle near your alarm time. But lately the alarm has been glitching out and not working properly. So I may have to remove it as it wastes my phone battery with the alarm. (Instead of playing the music, I just get the "alert" click from my phone, non stop. )
App has a wealth of features and is impressively performant and stable given the coordination with the tracker and the cloud that it has to do. Data is intuitively presented (great interactive charts!) and has been really useful for us. Only minor annoyance was how it's kind of quirky to choose which side of the bed a single sleeper is sleeping on, but now that we know how to change it it's no big deal.
