app needs to be able to save the filter choices until the user decides to update them. I am in Berlin, every time I use the App, I need to reselect Berlin. ( bad design or bug?) With my Samsung phone I can't book events. it quits everytime. I can't use my phone for booking events. My planner looks different in different devices. app isn't saving and displaying the selections accurately. Discrepancy causes Confusion, my I pad, phone and macbook displays incorrect info in my planner.
On Android, I get notifications that I have an open bar tab and can tap to pay. Tapping it does nothing, because Android doesn't support House Pay. Which I only found out by reading other disappointed reviews going back over a year. Also, I regularly see date boxes add or subtract a day between me selecting the date and confirming the booking. It happened both for a restaurant booking and guest invite.
The more I use this app the more I hate it. As an android user this app is terrible. Clearly focused on IOS. I say this because I've installed the app on an Iphone to test. No housepay on android Guest registration broken in android Two key things that just don't work as they should. For a membership we're paying good money for your expect the digital experience to be top tier and this isn't. Sort this out! I edited my original review and made this a 1* down from 3.
