Life changing! I am a mother of 3 children and discovered Solid Starts when my youngest was born. What an absolute game changer! Starting solids has become so much easier, less stressful, more fun, and baby is the best eater! My oldest, who had become quite the picky eater, is also making improvements as an added bonus. I have bought the all access pass and it is worth every penny and then some! Recommend to all mamas, new and old, and to all who take part in children's mealtimes.
The app is a great way to access the free database of first foods - especially if you're anxious and need to read an entry 5 times before you feel confident! Didn't find the tracker useful, but this was in it's first iterations. The food of the day is a nice reminder to try something new and each entry has a free recipe which is great when you get stuck for ideas! (Mejadras can be found under onions entry, highly recommend!)
This app has been so amazingly useful! It's so easy to search, and there's usually a recipe with each food which has been so helpful when I'm looking to introduce a food I'm not even familiar with. It's also given me confidence in my babies' ability to eat as it breaks down how to prepare each food by age range so that it's safe for their eating ability. Being an app also means I can easily access the database while I'm grocery shopping!
