Honestly, using this at times is annoying. It's always disconnecting and saying that there isn't a good connection when 1. I'm on 5g wifi. 2. The most anybody does in my house is stream and the occasional large game download, and that's it. Idk why this thing always does this. Then I got so frustrated and tried the usb route but that's just as annoying because if you don't have decent enough cord length you might as well still use your laptop because it's gonna still be right there close.🙄
Tired of the complete breakage after updating...( have my two tablets I can only ever get one to work at a time— seems like if I get one working at disables the other)... Tab 7a lite will NOT display at native resolution at all anymore... Only lower res. Yes I've followed all the recommended fixes on the forums. Are there alternatives that are actually stable? This is completely ridiculous.
This app is great for using my chromebook as an extra monitor! I use my Samsung Chromebook Plus v2 in portrait mode to the right of my PC monitor when I need extra space for schoolwork, and it works great! My only issue is with my chromebook once I disable spacedesk. I think it may actually be chromeOS's problem, but not sure. After turning off Spacedesk, the little system tray on the bottom right disappears. In its stead, there is only a circle for choosing what type of keyboard I prefer. It doesn't reset unless I reboot the system. This is just a little issue, and since I'm not sure if its Spacedesk's problem or ChromeOS' problem, I think the app deserves 5 stars!
