Had to create a whole new account just to add my current card because the app wouldn't let me update it on my old account. Also doesn't let you use the bank account option (why even have it at this point...) App has heaps of errors (saying that a payment hasn't gone through yet still charging, saying an error occurred and charging twice once you pay for something, overall being buggy). Spark team aren't very helpful either and often deny refunds - even if it's the apps fault.
For the last 2 weeks I cannot open this app as it tells me my Internet connection is poor. Please fix this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app and nothing has changed, very frustrating. I will be changing my provider if Spark does not contact me and sort this problem out. Yours sincerely very long term customer.
Little disappointed with the spark app as its stating it has a bug in it and the developer is trying to sort it out. It happens every time I try to open it, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it keeps bring up the bug error. I can't access my mobile account because I need it for work
