Very worse service. I track my parcel since I was sent by the supplier until it shows in ali express tracking that it was arrived in saudi arabia and still in spl tracking no update. And I waited for few days to receive any notification from SPL but I did not receive any. Today I went to SPL branch they said there was nothing in their system but when I checked to their mobile app it was returned to original sender. Now, I have to cancel all my orders which will be shipped to SPL.
I don't know where to start. The app is all broken and looks like it was released while developers were still half way through it. The moment you open it, it gives error message. It automatically logged me into my account but all my previous shipment details (more than 300 of them) are gone. Can't track shipments if coming through another app like "Parcel". There's a saying that "don't repair something that ain't broken".
Total service is disaster. Call center is timepass they never resolve your problem. I booked my bag from Jeddah airport train station to Makkah train station. They delayed the delivery too much, finally i received the message to pick the luggage one day later and they misplaced one of my baggage. Purely incapable staff! I am helpless because all my belongings are in the bag... No one there for you to help and take down your compliments.
