The app is simple, however self-employed is not in the option when generating a PRN. Only ofw and voluntary contributions. Access to your account in the app is also limited like updating your status, phone#, membership type etc. I hope they will modify the app. Pls include self-employed in the options and allow us to easily make updates in our account. It would be much convenient and I would appreciate it.
Can't log in using the app. It says invalid username/password, but I can log in through the SSS website using the same credentials. A lot of users are experiencing the same issue, yet it seems like nobody is addressing it. Also, if possible, please add a feature like "Remember Me" so users don't need to always type in their credentials whenever they open the app.
