I've only recently started using this App and only wish I had found it sooner. It's amazing! The detailed explanations and animated diagrams, along with real-life examples, showing both correct and incorrect form are excellent. As a former Paramedic and Personal Trainer, I would have loved to have had this app as reference. The free app is great, but I'll probably purchase the professional version, which can be shared with clients since I occasionally work part-time as a trainer.
This has the best anatomy and motion animations I have ever seen. Very detailed yet concise videos + descriptions of hundreds of exercises, how to do them, what muscles they target and why, and even common problems and solutions. Also has many great premade workout plans -- I'm currently doing the Bodyweight Basics. Finally, the support team is friendly and responsive. I don't have anything bad to say, this app actually gives me the confidence to work out. Really phenomenal work, guys.
Fantastic app with lots of detail. I am a fitness trainer and Pilates instructor in training and this app (along with the Posture one) has been instrumental in helping me learn and being able to look things up. In addition, I can look up exercises my trainer assigns to me and learn more about the muscles that are activating or stretching.
