Easy to use, great for recording moves/exercises, can also create, add your own. The animations for some moves are very helpful. Cons: only 4 Kettlebell exercises in the library, there should be more with popularity of Kettlebells + should be added as one of the categories. I regret purchasing the PRO, dont see the benefit, especially since there hasn't been an update since July 2022 (The free version is sufficient). Please make the "plate key" feature interactive so we can add plates ourselves.
This app is well designed and very intuitive. The timer is fantastic! Being able to add/subtract on the fly is very handy. It's great that you can set individual timers for the exercise you're doing...and it persists that for next time. It's great that you can setup your workout in advance, then work thru it, then save it as a template! I've been training for decades, using notebooks and other apps...this is by far my favorite and very much worth the subscription!
Great app. Love the clean design, very intuitive. One of my favorite features is the auto rest timer. It just works exactly how you would want it to. Excellent for tracking and gradually modifying workouts. Wish there were more exercises to choose from, but fairly easy to create your own if you don't care so much about putting data metrics behind them (beyond weight/reps). Really wish this would somehow sync with Garmin.
