It's great for what I needed it to do! I don't have to excessively move anything around bc it moves files directly into the vault instead of making a copy. However, my phone had to go through a system update and I accidentally logged in or created a new account and I can't log out. There is no feature to log out and every time I try to uninstall and reinstall the app it goes back to the same account, which I don't want to use. I had multiple things saved to my other account : (
UPDATE!!! The app now does not want to recognize my subscription after reinstalling it on my tablet and my phone. It keeps telling me to get the Pro version, but my Premium subscription doesn't run out till June '23. I also cannot access its cloud which has hundreds of videos. Google geeks were no help at all. It still does do its usual awesome job of transferring files and extremely easy to work with, but this is freaking frustrating. **Another 3wks go by hear Nothing from the develops.
I have allot of pictures and some documents that I had stored in the older version I can no longer access. It all of a sudden said corrupted files. But the super vault folder is still there and the files I just can't view them or do anything with them anymore. Frustrating to not be able to access my own stored photos. Not sure how to convert them back to viewable on my regular gallery. Help please!
