Of the multiple survey sites I do, SotG is by far the best customer service by far! They are super responsive, and give actual explanations to your messages, and always make things right when an error does occur. While the surveys can occasionally be slow coming in, they pay great, especially for the time allotted. Thanks for the app, and keep up the good work! Not a scam! Lots of interesting surveys that pay out well. Payment goes through multiple different platforms, including Amazon and PayPal. Some things can be a little buggy (for the past two weeks or so I've had a survey opportunity that just says I've already completed it even though I haven't) but I haven't had any major issues. Overall, it works! And most places have your data anyway, so may as well get paid for it
I'm giving a 3 star for now. Positive: I've had this 3 months and I've earned some cash, I opted it go on on Amazon gift card. It adds up slowly to get to the $10, but helps with some medical items. Negative: I've reported many times that I've been 3/4 done with survey, & it freezes up & can't finish it. Also , every survey that wsnts photo of Internet or cell phone bill won't accept a page, I only have hard copy. Lost s lot of $$ and time for no reward, but they can't fix that.
