For some odd reason, I can log into SB on my PC and laptop but not on my cellphone. Of course, the same password and email are being used on all 3 devices as that info has been saved to Google. But whenever I try to log in, the app tells me that either the password or email is wrong. Frustrating! It just started doing that about 7 months ago. And before you ask, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same result. Grrr!!!!!
The identity verification code rarely sends, so it's nearly impossible to cash out gift cards without reaching out to customer support so that they can send you a link to verify your identity through some third party. The rewards are otherwise a bit of a higher payout than other similar apps. I want to like this app, but until they can streamline the identity verification to actually work without needing to reach out to customer service every time, I can't recommend it.
Updated review: I have moved my rating from 1 to 2 stars, because the original issue of not receiving credit is much better now. Now I receive credit most of the time without issue. However, when there is an issue, it is a big ordeal. Customer service is horrible, currently I have multiple tickets open, 2 of which are me telling them, and providing a screenshot showing, that I can't reply to open tickets. Their solution: open another ticket, except I can't do so for the original issue.
