The workouts are nice, but the app interface needs to be improved. There's no proper search, no filtering (by length, equipment, muscle group, etc), and I feel like there's a lack of transparency in the app altogether. I have no idea what most of the other programs (other than the one I do) are or how they progress. I also feel like the quality varies between videos. Sometimes the person is small on the screen for the purpose of the "consistent" graphics, that it compromises visibility.
In the beginning I was skeptical, but after the first days, I couldn't think in a life without it. It's challenging, I understand why it is called SWEAT, but after the tough starting weeks, you only want to have your SWEAT time. I love all the open possibilities for working out, different programs that you can even combine. I love SWEAT and I cannot express my thankfulness enough. I am starting to feel again myself, and only after 3 months. Looking forward for the next challenge!
Even though the app could be a bit better from a technical standpoint, the programs and the community make up for it. This is the first time in my life, I managed to stick to a routine for over 6 months. I now work out 5 times a week consistently and actually see progress 🤩 I also love the meal planning part of the app, it uses ingredients I usually have but the fun recipes spice up somewhat "boring" ingredients and make eating healthy really fun. I also love the shopping list for the week.
