I've had this for years and have always been pleased with it until several months ago. Most of the time it doesn't track my trips, much less give me a correct location. I'm looking at my car now, but it's showing it's 2 miles away. I'm not notified of the car starts and if i do get a notification if it says there's been a disturbance detected. The notifications I do get are delays by as much as 3 hours. I'm going to start looking for something different to use.
This app is extraordinarily unreliable. I have multiple units on it as a car rental agency. It loses cars regularly. I had a $12000 car stolen because of the failure of a unit. Onboarding is extremely difficult and painful, sometimes impossible. Customer service does the best they can, which often means nothing, because there are no tools to fix faulty software and equipment.
Ever since the update. I've been getting more bugs. The tracking isn't accurate, the notifications come in almost 8 hours later making it seem like travel is happening after it's been completed and everyone is home.. or it doesn't track at home and it's reading that the car is in an old location rather than updating.
