Patients requesting appointment deposits the fee thru app .There after I get no information of enquiry for allotment of slot,finalizing time of appointment. Also not any information is provided to the patient on further progress. Finally I get to know from the patient that after having paid the amt they got ni further updates whatsoever. So I call up the call center and inform them yet it's unaddressed . This is not anticipated and it brings in a factor of distrust .
I'm tired of calling the HR.. the person never picks up, at times cuts the call.. I emailed my resume but there is no response.. no reply on WhatsApp also..
