Paying bills through the app is no longer possible. Previously it simply wouldn't open the payment app, causing me to be late several times with payments and subsequently being charged a late fee for that. Now it only shows bills up to the end of last year and claims I am 180 days late with a payment I've long since completed. I used the app because the website was so slow that it barely ever loaded my account. Now they're both pretty much unusable. This is very unfortunate.
App is pretty much useless at the moment. You cannot unsubscribe from Streamz for example, you get a technical error. You cannot turn off Wi-Free, it simply won't save your preference. You cannot change your address, you get a message saying this isn't possible. And for some reason there's a completely incorrect billing address in my app, which the helpdesk can't change until the next bill is sent. This is just completely unacceptable.
