How to Download&Play Tenant Rental Record on PC?

Edit: App isnt working now to generate bills in bulk due to some error in selecting year from the year tab. Would have been better if it had options like sorting of tenants, to be collected rental value & collected rental value for easy overview, mobile number integration for sending reminders. Overall Liked it. Easy to use. Helpful UI for maintaining tenant's details and their rental bills etc.
Overall the app works fine. One issue I face every year end is it won't let me add bill for the next year. You have yo wait until Jan 01 to add bill in the new year. Please fix that!
Finally i got what i am looking for, thank you man. It will be great if we can use nepali date and if possible add one more column for expenses which will deduct from total amount because sometime tenant paid for repairs and other things and one more section for store documents such as photo, contract paper and ID. Thank you so much for such a nice and clean app.
