Been using this app on my phone only, and I'm not having too many issues. I think the search option can be improved by adding sub-filters, like Action, romance, fantasy, etc. It also takes a while to load sometimes, but is usually resolved by going back and clicking on the episode again in your watch list. Still new to this app, but I'm enjoying it so far.
The pause/play button needs to be moved/fixed. I use this app on my galaxy tab E and and my S20. I have to touch the pause/play button like 20 times (no joking), regardless of device, before it will actually pause or resume. Sometimes, by making the video half screen I only have to touch pause/resume 10 times before it works. Sometimes.
it used to work well on our NVIDIA, but now it takes forever to play any show. Our home internet is on fiber connection and all other streaming platforms works so well...except now for Tencent. Too bad, I really like the shows but if connection is this poor...I will just cancel the membership. I was also wondering why their app is not part of Amazon, while their competitors are there. Too bad.
