This is a great app, and mostly satisfied my on-going search for a good and useful widget that shows sunrise/sunset in a cool and intuitive manner. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the widget seems locked to only one geo location. I have family/friends in multiple places in the world and being able to run multiple widgets, each on a different location is what I'm looking for. I'd love to have a few widgets all on one "home page", each showing a sunrise/sunset for a different location, just as I have several weather widgets active concurrently, each one showing weather in a specific area. Please consider adding such a "multiple instance" feature. If it already exists, then clearly I missed it!
Beautiful design. I really appreciate a date/time app that displays so much information on such a clean interface. Three features I'd love to see: a soft button that links to my phone's native alarm function, an "always on" option - at least for when the phone is on a charger - and a native swipe up/down (or similar) function to adjust screen brightness. These features would make this an excellent desk clock. UPDATE: The more I use this app, the more I like it! Yet I'd still like to see other optional functions: my work is logged in GMT, so it would be nice to have a small GMT display. I'd also like to see an option to display a seconds hand, both sweeping (like a mechanical watch) and ticking (like a quartz watch), and a soft button to re-sync the phone's internal clock to a time server or, better, to GPS. I'm a mechanical watch enthusiast, and these last functions would allow me to use TerraTime Pro, exclusively (rather than separate time hack apps).
This has to be one of the best looking world clocks I've seen! Ability to add multiple locations and check on their daylight status along with near real-time simulation of the earth too! On my wishlist is the ability to add locations via coordinates (I have a friend who works in a remote area and I'd love to be able to check his sunlight too) as well as an option to display all 3 stages of twilight on the clock as increasingly darker shades. With those two, this clock will rock my vote!
