The cars are great. The app needs work. It only remembers two payment methods, one for charging add one for other stuff. It's a hassle; I change payment methods a couple times a month. Also the app is sluggish when it comes to especially pulling up the PDF invoices for them. And it's tedious to get to communications about my car in service. Also the developer contact email address has an auto reply that says it's ignored.
App provides basic functionality you'd expect for a modern car, but is too slow to startup, load screens, and download data (regarding car status). Fails to text properly in Service appointment messaging, responding at a snail's pace as if each letter input triggers a heavy calculation. Also does not provide integration with Garmin smart watches (eg to open frunk or precondition).
This app generally works perfectly for me. The only issues I have are related to the Service messaging interface. It is almost impossible to type out a message because of the extreme lag that seems to get worse with every keystroke. By the end of the second line of text I have to wait 4-5 seconds between each letter. The only solution is to type in notes app and paste message in.
