Update: After using this app, sense the start of the premeriship season. I'm incredibly frustrated that The Rugby Network bought the rights to the premeriship. This app is full of bugs, is slow, and doesn't allow you to download games. I've consistently found the page to be unresponsive, and even when it is responsive, it's often slow. Perhaps my biggest frustration with this app is that it doesn't save the watch progress for games. Not to mention, the quality of game footage is often awful.
I was excited to be able to watch Premiership rugby from the USA. I paid the yearly subscription advertised price of $59.99. My charge card was billed $65.24 USD. My account is still locked from viewing the games 1 week later. Reached out to Customer service twice and no response. Buyer beware. They say free account but you can't see any content with just the free account.
Needs a lot of quality control with the bugs. The ground work is there but menus sometimes don't load, tapping buttons sometimes don't work, and it really could use a mini player if you exit the app. Edit- Dropped another star as it seems some uploads on their site are incompatible with Android. Came back to give it a 1 since their contact email is either broken or ignored.
